• Discover the basics of nuclear safety requirements and impact on design and justification activities

• Identify the links between design and safety criteria for fuel assembly, fuel rod design vs. neutronics, thermal-mechanics, thermal-hydraulics, accidental conditions

• Address the safety requirement context and the criteria evolution
