Content overview
-
We are approaching the topic of safety culture. What does science say about it? How do people behave within rules and regulations? And why do people drive through red lights?
-
The “Traits of a Healthy Nuclear Safety Culture” describe the essential characteristics and attributes of a healthy nuclear safety culture, with the goal of creating a continuous evolution of safety culture throughout the commercial nuclear power industry.
-
This concept originates from occupational psychology. Put simply, it looks at the interaction between people, technical aids and organizational structures. These three areas are also inextricably linked in digitalization and exhibit considerable interactions. A meaningful analysis can therefore only be made if all components are considered.
-
We have a look on the topics of feedback and safety dialog. Both are tools that will help us to change the behavior and mindset of the people around us, towards working safely - without getting caught in the crossfire ourselves.
-
In our live calls, we recap the content of the previous week and go into greater depth during discussions and group exercises.
